Just picked this one up at Amazon--for $16.99! Not a bad deal IMO. Been wanting and since I received a gc today from a survey I did, I used it on this. Long Long Trailer by itself is $5.99. It is truly the summer of Lucy in my house!

Excellent movie set! At one time you could only get Too Many Girls in this set. Not sure if it's been released seperate since then or not.

Big Lots has been selling a lot of Warner DVD's for $3, and after I was tipped off about the sale from another message board I went and took a look. I saw Forever, Darling and Trailer for sale. I was able to pick up season 2 of The Flintstones, Best Foot Forward, Ziegfeld Follies and the first volume of Popeye (which the retail price is $65!) all for $3 each.

I never found a Big Lots in my area. Do they by any chance sell a lot of DVDs for a bargain?

To be honest I'm not sure if they do sell many DVDs all the time. I think there was a big close out on Warner DVDs because all the titles were released by Warner. I don't go to Big Lots very often, mostly when I ride along with my wife who finds a lot of her scrapbooking stuff there at very cheap prices.

Normally I go to places such as Best Buy for my DVDs. But I think there are smaller retail companies out there that sell DVDs for a cheaper price, including those you normally won't find in a regular store.

Can you think of any?

The Warner thing happened because 1000s of DVDs were ordered destroyed by them and somehow Big Lots got a hold of them
