Default Little inconsistency in the episode-"Night of the Ropers"

When the ropers showed up and came across furley they acted as if they never met him before but that can't be true because didn't stanley already meet furley in season 3 when he sold the apartment?

That' how furley knew Jack was gay so how else would furley had known if he had not talked to Roper in the Past?-lol

I think they knew who he was. Remember when Janet told Roper that Helen was in Mr. Furley's apartment? Stanley said, "What?!" Like he knew who they were talking about, but surprised as to why she would be there.

Also, Jack pretended to be gay in front of Roper once again. He shouldn't have to. Roper sold the building. Now that was an inconsistency.

He probably didn't know him. I mean, we assume they met at least once during the sale of the complex. After that, they both went on with their lives.

He probably did know who he was, but just said "get up fella" in the heat of the moment.

Roper could've spoke to him over the phone about everything.

Ralph's brother Bart was the one who bought the apartment from the Ropers. Mr. Roper probably told him about Jack and Bart could have told Mr. Furley when he made him the apartment manager.
