Christmas episodes of "The Beverly Hillbillies" - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Hi, can anyone tell me how many Christmas episodes were featured on "The Beverly Hillbillies". I believe there was one featured in both season one and season two but I'm not sure if there were any after that. Also what were the tiltes of these episodes and what what was the storyline of each of them. Your help is much appreciated!

yes, there was one in season 1 and one in season 2; and I know there was at least one color one. I don't know the names of any of them, but in the first one the Clampetts decide to go back home for the holidays to surprise Pearl and Jethrine. But Pearl and Jethrine meanwhile are planning to go to california to surprise the Clammpets for the holidays.
In the second one, Mr. Drysdale gives them these expensive gifts to hopefully influence them to stay in Beverly Hills.
And in the color one they all take jobs in a department store to get some extra money for the holidays.

The first two are on the DVD of THE BEVERLY HILLBILLIES AND PETTICOAT JUNCTION ULTIMATE CHRISTMAS COLLECTION.

Thank you so much for that great info treky. I had actually forgotten about that colour one where the Clampetts go and work in the department store in the lead up to Christmas.Thanks also for jogging my memory!! Much appreciated

There was a fourth Christmas episode. The Hillbillies went back to Hooterville for Christmas with The Petticoat Junction gang, the same season as the Thanksgiving episode.

It must have been season 8, because Petticoat Junction was cancelled in 1970. Anyway there was a Thanksgiving episode with the casts of The Beverley Hillbillies, Green Acres, and Petticoat Junction all together at the Shady Rest Hotel. That same season, The Hillbillies went back to Hooterville for Christmas. I remember them going carolling on the train.

This is my favorite everyone is at the table like one big happy family. I'd love to have this episode.
