Oh No Crocs may be in trouble...

As ugly as those shoes are, I have to admit they are pretty darn comfy and easier to walk in than flip flops.

THANK GOD. Those things were just too ugly for me to even consider how comfortable they might be.

I couldn't agree more! I've never even considered walking into a Croc's store and looking at these ugly things!
The one time I met Harry Connick Jr after his concert in Vancouver BC a couple of years ago, he was wearing a pair. Leave it to me to look at his feet!

ROFL - so what's the advertisement below this thread for? Crocs!!!

Yah, they're great if you don't mind looking like Donald Duck! I wouldn't be caught dead in the things myself - comfort or not.

You guys don't know what you're missing

They're a good alternative to socks and sneakers in the summer, IMHO. I don't give a rat's behind about what people think when I'm wearing them. I think stiletto heels, pointed toes, and other uncomfortable shoes are ugly.

I couldn't agree more. I have wide width feet and high arches, and those Crocs are the best thing that's ever happened to me! Plus they're fantastic to wear every time my building's parking lot floods out.

My mom and a lot of people have them. But I just can't stand the way they look to try them. I also saw the article about the Crocs company being in trouble. I don't think will matter because there are other companies selling Crocs knockoffs.

Personally I don't care what they look like. I own a pair and I love them. They are so comfortable and I wear them all the time. When I go walking or just anywhere. That is all I have been wearing since I haven't been working. I would rather wear them than anything else. I don't see how people can wear those uncomfortable sandals with the heels and straps on them. I like flip flops but you can't go walking in them without getting blisters. Crocs are definitely a way to go. Just my opinion.

Those shoes are ugly. Everyone in the nursing field was wearing them. They said that they were really comfortable. Just the look alone is why I didn't try them on. I'll stick to flip flops. Oh yeah.. I hate stilettos and the pointed shoes too. ugh!!
