Carrie posted to her Twitter followers that she's releasing a new album on Nov. 3rd, 2009. This will be the 3rd CD release for the singer.

Here's some more Twitter news: next weekend, Carrie will be on the Opry where (according to her Tweet) she'll probably debut a new song.

I woke up and went on Twitter this morning to find Carrie had Tweeted. Her new single off her new album 'Play On' has been released. The single is called 'Cowboy Casanova'. Very awesome. Check it out on her YouTube channel.

'Cowboy Casanova' should start playing after you get on.
I'm unsure if the picture on the screen is the album cover, the single cover or neither.
'Play On' has a 11-3-09 street date.

Hey, iTuners. You can get Carrie's songs 'Temporary Home' and 'Mama's Song' on iTunes NOW! Both will be on her upcoming 'Play On' CD.
The chorus to 'Temporary Home' is my siggy. I read the full song on Carrie's message board on www.cmt.com Very moving.
