Ron and Donny after 1980
Why did Ron Howard and Donny Most leave HD after 1980? In the storyline they leave for the Army, but what was the real reason?

According to the Biography channel, Ron Howard did not renew for the next session because he wanted to pursue a career in directing.
I don't know about Donny. |

Donny wanted to do some other things also, he did some voice-overs for some cartoons and things like that..
