Default Crime Investigation Australia

Has anyone seen this show before? I only watched one episode, but I quite like it. It's like a mix of Unsolved Mysteries, and 48 Hours mystery. They show some of Australia's most famous murder cases. I'm hoping they can air episodes here in the States.

I just love that show, especially with its music track and the fact that it doesn't spare any detail. It gives me the creeps just like I used to when watching UM. The full, uncensored episode on the Snowtown Murder in the Barrels case is very hard to watch. Not even UM was -that- graphic in its reconstitutions.

The episode about the Beaumont missing children case especially made me shiver, because the actor who plays the abductor closely resembles the composite sketches from both the Beaumont case (which by all accounts is unreliable and incomplete) but also the Adelaide Oval abductors (which is far more complete).

Yep watch it every month, it's quite good hey.

One's that spring to mind are Ivan Milat, John Bunting (Body in the Barrels), Anita Cobby, Janine Balding and Luckman and Reid. Some of them are sickening!

I've watched most of this series on the forbidden site. I had nightmares after watching the Snowtown Episode. The Actor who played John Bunting was like a Psychotic looking Jack Black!

The Bega Schoolgirl Killings was another horrific Episode, I had tears towards the end when they showed footage of the public memorial service in the town.

The Bondi Gay Killings was another scary Episode which showed how low the Human Race can be. We're talking pretty graphic re-enactments here. Innocent Guys either being bashed or thrown to their Deaths onto Rocks and the Sea simply for being Gay.

Yeah, I've watched a few of these and they are really well-done. I know I've seen the Bondi Beach murders episode before, but I'll have to check out the others you mentioned.
