Default Wnich New Fall Sitcom Do You Think Will Be The First To Fail!

(WORK WITH ME BECAUSE I DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO A POLL)

Witch New Fall Sitcom Do You Think Will Be The First To Fail?

-The Cleveland Show
-Accidentally On Purpose
-Hank
-The Middle
-Modern Family
-Cougar Town
-Community
-Brothers

I think it will be Accidentally On Purpose. Because there is no way Cleveland will fail, ABC ones are all filled with BIG NAMED STARS and Hank is Created by former Raymond writer Tucker Carley and stars Keley Grammer, and MOdern Family is created by the people who did Back To You, Middle has Patty Heaton in it, and Couger Town is created by the same guy who did Scrubs. All the Football fans will be checking out Brothers since it has Michael Strahan and is produced by Mitchell Hurwitz, the same guy who is responsible for Arrested Devlopment, and Community will air after the office on that night, so it should keep viewers around for that. And so in that case, the only one will fail is AOP!

Hank or Brothers

Hank because it is leading off the night.
Brothers because it is thrown on Fridays.

Brothers has no chance. A scripted show hasn't hit on FOX Friday since The X-Files.

Yep. Brothers for sure.

And Hank, mainly because of scheduling, and maybe Cougar Town.

We all know it is Brothers. The better question would be which will be the second one to fail.

It has got to be one or two or three or four of the ABC sitcoms. They have been putting on sitcom bombs for four years now without a single success. I say why should it end now. Big stars are not, I have my money on ABC after Brothers.

Another vote for Brothers - this could even do worse than Til Death, which is a very scary thought. I give it 3 weeks before FOX plugs in another episode of Til Death.

ABC will give all 4 comedies good chances. Hank may do poorly, but all 4 comedies will probably last the entire season. With the said, I'd have to say Accidentally on Purpose will be the next to go. CBS is not going to be patient with this show, especially since they have Rules of Engagement ready to go.

In fact, this could actually be Rules of Engagement's first full season if AOP flops. Cleveland Show should do well, and of course NBC will give Community a good chance no matter how badly it may do.

3 weeks, where have i heard that before. Oh right, that's what you said about Do Not Disturb. Honestly, this show does look good to me from what i have been seeing in the previews, and looks relatible for a lot of families. Just the problem is that i haven't been seeing many previews of it on. If FOX doesn't want this show to be another one of there canceled sitcoms, they would have to promote the hell out of it. That and Til Death. Because of Sonny Pictures, that show will be on forever. I think that that show is doing exactly the same as According To Jim did, just renewing it for the syndication value, wich they are almost halfway there.

If ABC want's there new Comedy Block to be successful (Which they probably would since they are the ones that wanted more sitcoms) they would have to over promote them. The one on ABC that i see being rely successful, is The Modern Family. From what i heard, that show did great in the focus tests.

Technically, Rules Of Engagement was suppose to have a full season on the year of the writers strike, but that thing screwed everything up so that only had them producing 15 episodes. But i don't see Accidentally On Purpouse being sucuessfull. I think the date that that show is premiring, is the day when FOX is haveing the 2 hour premire of House. That's going to be a tough night on the CBS sitcoms. But i'm sure most of them would do alright.
