Default Favorite ORIGINAL Cast Member?

Melrose Place had twenty-three regulars throughout it's seven year run. Who was your favorite of the original eight main characters?

Is Jo considered an original? Amy Locane only lasted a few episodes, and Vanessa Williams 1 season, I think Jo replaced one of them. I guess I'd have to go with Allison, but my very favorites are Sydney, Kimberly and Amanda I think all came along in the second season.

Sandy (Amy Locane) was written out after 13 episodes, and Rhonda (Vanessa Williams) didn't last past the first season. Jo (Daphne Zuniga) isn't an original cast member, since she didn't show up until episode 15. Getting rid of Sandy, giving Rhonda less to do (not that she ever had much to do anyway), and Jo moving into the building were definitely all for the better.

Kimberly (Marcia Cross), Sydney (Laura Leighton), and Amanda (Heather Locklear) were recurring characters during the middle-end of the first season. Amanda becomes a regular, or rather, permanent Special Guest Star beginning with season 2. Sydney becomes a regular in season 3, and Kimberly in season 4.

Oh yes!! Billy was a cutie pie!!

I liked Michael Mancini too. He was the kind of character you like cause he keeps the drama going, but if you knew him in real life you would hate him!!! He was good looking too! I remember he started out being a good guy, a nice husband to Jane. Than he became a womanizing jerk!

He certainly did stir the pot on most episodes. His character did do an about face for the worse pretty quickly, but I guess the womanizing jerk got more ratings for the show.
