The 88-year-old resurfaced at some event in NYC, looking sanctified.

In 1982, People magazine reported Abe had died.

Vigoda appeared on the last episode of "Late Night with Conan O'Brien."

He certainly does! By the way Monika I love your new avatar. I often see pictures of Liz with Dick York or Dick Sargeant but it's much more rare to see her in pictures with her real life hubby Bill Asher.

Thank you, Marv! Yes, I liked that picture of them. Plus, Bill Asher was not only the main director/producer of Bewitched, but he was partly responsible for the on-screen additions of Tabitha and Adam on the show.

(Except in real life, they were named Robert and Rebecca.)

So when Barney Miller premiered in 1974 Vigoda was only 53 years old...wow.

I mentioned on another BM thread that I told my mom that Abe Vigoda was in a Super Bowl commercial earlier this year. Her reaction? "Abe Vigoda is still alive?"

It's so nice to know that Abe has such a great sense of humor and is still going strong at his age. His Conan O'Brien bits were always hysterical.

Still haven't seen Abe on Conan O'Brien's Tonight Show. Just another of the many reasons the show isn't very good. It needs more Abe!!!!!
