Name two instances when Andy and/or Barney did something with incoming/outgoing traffic at the county line!

Did one of the episodes involve Barney giving speeding tickets to truckers that needed an extra 5 mph to get over a hill? The only other one I can recall that sounds logical is the episode with the gold truck and Barney trapped inside.

Oh, forgot the armored truck, that's one. Not the 2 I had in mind though....

hints...one of them involved a special day and a crook!
