What was Mary better on? - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Hi all, I was wondering what show people liked Mary on more. The Dick van Dyke Show or The Mary Tyler Moore Show. She was graet on both. I can't decide my self but I like how she use to dance on DVD, I don't think she danced on MTM. But on MTM she was on her own and made it after all.

I like both shows but I gotta give the edge to DVD.

I like both, but agree with Mickey with DVD.

It seemed like she was a more "natural" actress on DVD.

On TMTMS Mary was more the straight person who allowed the people around her to be funny. But on TDVDS she was able to stretch all her comedic muscles and the results are evident on screen.

Ok not to be crude but I thought Mary Tyler Moore had more sex appeal on DVD.
