Anti Virus Software suggestions - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Has anyone heard of or used Cyberdefender? I need to get some new anti virus software and have been seeing a lot of things about it. I was just wondering if anyone has used it?

i would avoid it - it has horrible reviews, costs $40, and only recently was removed from at least one bad software/malware list. Of the quick research I did, the ONLY positive "reviews" I could find were put up by themselves...

there are several good free options like AVG, Antivir and Avast

all of them are FREE (for home use) and rated as good or better as the big name paid-for programs.

Thanks for the review. I downloaded the scanner and it found a bunch of stuff that I didn't know was there. I will keep you advised
