Default Wanted: 80s Jerry Springer Cincinnati WLWT news stuff/early 90s shows?

This is a longshot, but is there anyone from the Cincinnati area from when he was a newscaster in the 80s? I'd absolutely love to see more of his serious commentaries, or other reports he did (i.e. he went to Ethiopia on a hunger relief effort in 1985, and posed undercover as a homeless man in 1991).

His very early talk shows in 1991-94 when it was real (i.e. political and more heartwarming or interesting) would be great too. You don't see much of his younger/serious days, and that's really a shame how rare it is.

I only have a few early episodes, but about 75 from the late '90s when the show was crazy and super popular

Default I have two early episodes.

Hello,

Best, Joe

Hey, thanks Joe. Those sound pretty interesting.

I can trade my two if you want - one is about people trying to get into the Guiness Book of Records, and the other is a 2006 rerun of a '94 show where he went to visit homeless teens on the streets of LA.

I have been searching for spicy sex secrets because my neighbor was on it. I don't have any episodes to trade but would greatly appreciate help even if you can tell me how to watch it online. I have no idea where to look. Thanks!

Just thought I'd give this another try. I'd figure some locals probably have some stuff saved, especially by the later 80s.

Hi, I'm interested in what Jerry Springer episodes you have.

Do you have by any chance Shocking Family Scandals or Burned by Love?

These are in the season 16-17 range I think.

I'm curious to know how they can come up with a million different titles for what is essentially the exact same show. Points for creativity.

I like it from 91-96 when it was more serious; or the late 90s ones were funny and entertaining because the wild stuff was new and unique for its time, but after 2000 it really jumped the shark and its the same show everyday.

In a way it's tragic too because if you've ever heard Jerry talk about politics or serious issues, he's unbelievably intelligent (liberal) and compassionate, that show doesn't portray the way he is at all. The commentaries he did when he was a local news anchor were excellent and poetic, well spoken opinions on issues...totally not like you'd expect, and not the cheesy same few final thoughts he recycles every show now.

Hey. Just the mid to late 90s ones posted here, the only 2000s ones I have are the more intense ones Steve Wilkos hosted in 05-07.

Default This may be an even longer shot..

There was presumably 1 episode that Kurt Saxon / Don Sisco was on.

Would anyone have that episode?
Know which episode I'm looking for?
Any information about it?

I would be willing to pay for any episodes, please let me know if there's anyway we could work something out

Just thought I'd give this another try. Considering their local news was #1, I figure quite a few people had to have recorded some stuff, but the question is: (1) do they STILL have their old tapes now, and (2) would the people who watched Jerry way back in the day even go online much and see this?
