Has anyone seen the episode labelled bad chief? its about police officer Greg Webb who murders a woman called Anna Anton who had recently moved to Lyons Nebraska and moved into Greg's building. Greg Webb was eventually captured and was put on trial for the murder of Anna and was sentenced to 18 years in prison but what i want to know is does anyone know the story of Anna Anton before she moved to Lyons? I know she was divorced and accused her ex husband of being a drug dealer which it was later discovered that that in fact was a lie and she has supposedly moved to Lyons to get away from him. But why would Anna fabricate such a story? What was she hiding? and whats with her double life in Lyons? one minute she was a very religious woman with high morals the next she was hanging out in seedy bars carrying on with men thats how she met Greg Webb in the first place and they became friends and then lovers. A picture of the real Anna Anton was never shown on the segment which indicates to me that not much was known about her except her life in Lyons and her tragic murder. This episode has always fascinated me and i had always wondered about Anna's background. So if anyone knows please tell me.

I do not know anything about Anton's background but it amazes me that Webb only spent 9 years in prison.

Well, those were under 1986 laws. Plus he was pled down to the lesser charge of manslaughter. At that time you were probably released or paroled after serving half your sentence which is not all that unusual.

yes definately i agree he should have got life imprisonment with no chance of parole for what he did to her- i felt so sorry for Anna because she really had no chance for survival against Webb as she have badly injured leg and couldn't escape from him
