Carl Winslow was the only character to appear in every single episode of the series

Yeah. And Steve appeared in every single episode after he was introduced in the middle of season 1.

I was surprised Laura missed ep since she was so connected to Steve urkel. Even Eddie, since he was the oldest child. The only characters that should have been missing in some eps are the ones below

Rachel
Judy
Richie
