Night Gallery: So so confused about episode - Need Explanation

Ok so my TIVO taped a episode of Night Gallery: the one with a very young Diane Keaton, I think the name of it is: Room with a View. So it starts off with a man in bed and Diane Keaton as the nurse comes in & tries to give the man his pill, then they talk about her & the young man who is washing the car outside - they are together. Next, in comes this man's much younger wife & gives him his pill, then when she leaves- she actually goes into a room and starts kissing the man with whos washing the car, his names Vic. So the man in bed gives Diane Keaton a gun & tells her to "Suprise Vic" in the bedroom with this man's wife...

Are you with me so far???


Then after the commerical break- The episode comes back with a older woman at whats a funeral home looking at caskets for her dead husband. Then she talks about a man falling from a 10 ft window & at the end, the very last clip is some guy falling out of the window.....

I am so confused: is it possible that my tv f!@#ed up and I got 2 completely different episodes somehow or is the ending to that episode just really bad & doesnt make any sense to anyone else????


Please explain...
