I don't think they ever got divorced. They were separated for a period of time but as globalspot28 said they did eventually get back together.

Even though they did get back together, Deacon and Kelly did actually get divorced.

I didn't care much for Deacon and Kelly. Deacon was funny but for some reason I just never liked Kelly.
