never heard of it - all I can find is a Greek network called Star! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Star_Channel

for the series I find a show by that name on Global TV in Toronto, but it shows no upcoming airings http://tvlistings.zap2it.com/tv/what...-to/EP00861900

I'm clueless as you. I just got the Message with Date and Time. So my Informant must have read/seen it somewhere. Shrugs.

Just so everyone realizes the original poster seems to be in Germany, he should have stated that.

Why should I? People here know me and that.

And the Channel I am looking for, is NOT a German One. I wouldn't ask then. Maybe it's European. Maybe not. I dunno.

I say with all sincere due respect, you shouldn't expect everyone to know you as you know yourself, as well known as you probably are or think you are, again said with respect, don't "assume", as Felix Unger once said, and since all the professionals here, which includes myself, and I wouldn't automatically expect you to know that, none of us have any knowledge of the channel and were only trying to help respond to your post.

listen buddy...just because you are new to this board or the people on it, doesn't give you the right to be a jerk about the situation...we know where she lives ok, just because you don't doesn't mean that you have to be insulting to the others on this board about it...

...anyway...sorry Iris, I searched high and low for this network but couldn't find it

Me too. Maybe it's some European Pay-Tv-Channel? Shrugs. I always stumble over those. But haven't heard about this One before.

i don't think TeeVeeCloset was trying to be rude or insensitive here; please keep in mind that it can be impossible to read someone's tone behind the words they post and it can be very easy to put emotions and motives where there are none.

that said, Iris' location does say that she is from Germany

I read it that way. I felt attacked. Personal.

This is so silly, Please read the above post again without looking to be offended...The quotes "Sincere due respect" and "again said with respect" are clearly written twice and the post ends with we/I were only trying to help respond to your post....as for the other poster who calls me new to the board.....I can take personal offense to that, but I won't and certainly wouldn't report anyone! I have been a good mature member who has constantly tried to promote intelligent conversation here since 2003 and my post count (which btw I think are silly) are actually higher than the poster I "offended"....I am 46, SORRY IF I OFFENDED YOU, but I do suggest saying you felt "personally attacked" is a bit extreme when someone again is saying with "all due respect". My point was which I thought I made it clear, none of us are legends here, (except Pav, etc) we should be all equal and not assume we all know eachother, otherwise the site would never grow if we all just knew eachother. You obviously don't know my rep and I don't know yours....Again sorry for my "personal attack" regarding really trying to help you find the show you were looking for. As stated many times to my regulars, I have made my living in the television industry in a very high executive position for a solid 29 years, so yes sometimes I am in the position to offer more insight than the casual poster, no offense again to anyone. I post here to offer factual information and as a hobby and share insights, It's just fact. My best to you.....

I am just going to say that there seems to have been a misunderstanding here and no ill will or personal attack was intended; this is really not something anyone should be getting upset about ...so can we please all agree to just let this matter go and keep the peace?
