I used to watch that show....I used to watch it like religiously...is it in syndication now???

That was Doogie Howser, M.D. Actually it ran from 1989-1993, and Neil Patrick Harris played Doogie. He has since been in several movies, most notably Starship Troopers. You can read about the show at the Internet Movie Database at the following location:
