Star Zach Braff has closed a deal to come back for six episodes to transition the show to its new set-up, which is still being worked out.

Also signed for six episodes is Sarah Chalke.

Sarah Chalke's only coming on for six episodes has me thinking she might be joining How I Met Your Mother next year as a regular? IDK...I guess I'm jumping the gun. The only way to figure that out will be if we see her in the HIMYM finale tomorrow night.

Scrubs will only be back for 13-18 episodes. So 6 could be half the episodes!

Why does Zach Braff have to come back to "transition" the new set-up? I mean his left the show. The character of J.D. left Sacred Heart. He's gone. Why does he need to come back and transition. I understand bringng back the others on guest starring basis, because they still work there.

I missed the finale. But I heard that the last one is where J.D. leaves. That happened, right?

I'm not happy about this 9th season at all. It had the chance to end with dignity... but nope.
