Shirley Jones, who was so wholesome on "The Partridge Family," might pose nude for Playboy at the age of 75, if her husband/manager Marty Ingels has his way.

"She's still drop-dead gorgeous, and at the age of 75, a natural beauty," Ingels told Page Six.

"I'm her husband, and I think it would be sensational. Mature women are relevant."

Nancy Sinatra was 54 when she posed in 1995, eclipsing Vikki LaMotta, who was 51, and Joan Collins and Farrah Fawcett, who were both 50.

I'm sure IF it is done (and I doubt highly she'll do it, seems like mostly a great way to make a headline for Fox), it will be done very chastely and with utmost delicacy. I can't imagine Ms. Jones being part of anything even remotely sleazy.

Should she do it? I dunno. Kind of on the fence. At this stage of her life, I'd hate for her to be thought of just as that "old lady who posed for PLAYBOY", but by the same token it's her life and if she feels confident enough who am I to judge?

I think women over 50 can definitely be sexy but I also don't think it's necessary to pose nude in order to prove that point.

I thought that you would bring up the fact that Shirley's stepson David Cassidy also posed nude on the cover of Rolling Stone Magazine.

Should Shirley do it since David did it?
Should David have done it on Playboy like Burt Reynolds did?
