Becker- A lot of critics seem to attribute this show's success to its timeslot ofter Everybody Loves Raymond. Personally, I think Becker is so much funnier than Raymond. I got so sick of ELR after awhile.

Wings- I know it was often called a bad Cheers knock-off, but I think it's a great show. I like Cheers too, but I always thought Wings was funnier and had more likable characters.

Two Guys, a Girl, and a Pizza Place- Considered one of the many Friends clones, but I think it's a great show that never got much of a chance. I think it's so much funnier than Friends. I never really cared for Friends.

Futurama- I really shouldn't put this show here because it was nowhere near as great as The Simpsons, but it still deserved a little more attention and respect.

although Friends is among my favorite shows ever---i much prefered "Caroline In The City", "Suddenly Susan", "Veronica's Closet" and "Living Single" all shows that were often compared to Friends and imho were at times BETTER than friends. Living Single in particular never got the credit it deserved, even though it came on at least a year before Friends.

I hated Friends and I loved TGAAG. I never saw how they were alike except they were about Friends but you can say that with just about any sitcom. I hated the way it ended though.
