I remember years ago seeing an episode where Mike is rollerskating (I believe) and he's got headphones on, listening to the Barenaked Ladies' song "One Week". Which episode is that? Is it on DVD yet? I'm curious to see if they edit it out or not.

Well, on the season one DVD set, there's an episode that opens with Mike rollerblading around the office after the gang got called in for a Sunday meeting: the name of that episode was "Rivals," the fifth episode of the first season. Don't know about the headphones though.

A couple years later, I am able to answer the question myself. I'm watching all the seasons in a row and this scene is from the season premiere of season 3.
