I am trying to remember a certain case. It was about a man in a truck who was pulled over for having a busted taillight (I think it was a busted taillight) then the officer asked for his license but the man refused, saying he was a member of the National Guard then opened fire with a fully automatic weapon on the officer but missed him, just fired at his car, then sped off. They later found the man's car near a local militia base with a small arsenal in it, like enough ammunition for a small infantry division and a few fully automatic assault rifles along with some explosive devices. He is wanted for assaulting an officer and violating explosive laws. I think the fugitive's name was Steven Anderson and is considered armed and extremely dangerous. Does anyone recognize this case?

Yes, I remember that case. Stephen Anderson was captured. He pled guilty to various weapons charges and is currently serving a 15-year prison sentence.
