Inconsistency in "Back to School (Part 1)"
Okay, I assume everyone here has seen the first episode from season 6 called "Back to School (part 1)". I have a question about the scene where Laura cooks Nellie & Almanzo the Cinnamon Chicken at the restaurant. Nellie wants Almanzo to believe that she cooked the chicken, so she told Laura to hide in the pantry (located in the kitchen) while Nellie & Almanzo have their meal. Of course, Laura doesn't use cinnamon but uses Cayenne Pepper! So when Nellie & Almanzo run into the kitchen for water, Nellie looks for Laura in the pantry and she's not there. Now here's my question, HOW DID LAURA SNEAK OUT OF THE KITCHEN?? In order for her to escape, she would've had to run through the dining area and Nellie would've seen her. Was there a secret passageway in the pantry? Can anyone solve this for me? It's really bugging me!
