Question Boards and threads that you rarely visit?

Are there any boards here at S.O. that you have very little interest in, or are there types of threads that you tend to shy away from?? The only types of threads I tend to shy away from, are many of the threads that turn childish on the politics board, and another one that I've only visited once, is the Complaint Department thread. I actually broke a rule a couple weeks ago, and visited a thread I vowed to never visit, and that was the Complaint Department thread. I went there because I had been sick for a week, and wanted to let everyone know where I was, incase people were wondering. The reason I don't visit it, is because I like to try and be positive on these boards, and I don't like wasting time complaining about things. So for anyone who may have wondered why I never visit there, that's the reason why. That thread just makes me sad, and I don't like being sad here.

As far as boards that I don't visit, or rarely visit, there are quite a few of those. I have never in the 7 years that I've been here, visited the random board. I know people tend to get their post counts built up pretty high by going there, which is probably why I only have a little over 7000 posts in the 7 years I've been here. Other boards I don't visit are the current tv shows board, since I can't stand most of the current stuff on tv today. I also rarely visit the tape trading board, and only do if there's something I'm dying to find. I'm also not too interested in the game board, as I've only visited it a few times.

What about all of you, are there certain types of threads that you tend to shy away from, and are there any boards that you rarely, or have never visited?? I know alot about what interests many of you guys, but I'm just curious to know what doesn't interest my fellow S.O.er's.

I rarely go to the 80's, 90's, 2000's forums or sports music chit chats etc.

I never go to the 1980's, 1990's, 2000's, reality shows, sports, or current dramas boards. Once in a while I may post on the political threads, but since things can get heated when it comes to politics, I seldom go there. I dont like to argue.

Politics...because people piss me off A LOT, All the 80s and 90s shows, Sports, Soaps, Britcoms, Reality, Fanfiction, Random, Cartoons...I really don't go to the 60s and 70s shows too much either. No one posts new stuff very often.

And I'm opposite of Brad...I don't spend a lot of time in the Feel Good Department.

Cool

I steer clear of the politics board... because I tend to go overboard when I debate (seriously, a lot of you probably don't believe that, but it's true). I don't visit many of the sitcoms boards themselves except to read sometimes, but I really only post in chit-chat. I visit the complaint and feel good depts. every day, just to see what's going on with people. Usually when I go to the complaint board, I just end up trying to cheer people up. I don't think I've ever even posted a real complaint... but there's a first time for everything... right?

I rarely visit the reality, soap operas, political, or fan fiction. The reality and soap operas (I'm assuming its for daytime) are shows I'm not really into, and I do have political views but don't see the need to argue as it can be a good way to wreck friendships.

I don't go to the politics and sports boards because I'm not into those. I also don't go to the tape trading and soap opera boards because I'm not into those either, and I'll visit the one one reality shows every once in a while, but just to see if there are any threads on "THE AMAZING RACE" & "MYTHBUSTERS" since those are the only reality shows I watch.

Politics, movies and most any tv show board from 1990-present. The only time I visit these forums is to start topics that I think members might be interested in discussing.
