From the Corners of a Bar: Susan Boyle Sings 'The Way We Were'

Old recordings of British singing sensation Susan Boyle keep popping up all over the Internet.

This time, it's of the 47-year-old singing 'The Way We Were' at a bar when she was 22.

Boyle became an overnight Web hit after her audition for 'Britain's Got Talent' conquered YouTube. The woman from Scotland sang 'I Dreamed a Dream' and impressed the judges -- Simon Cowell, Piers Morgan and Amanda Holden -- and the world with her voice.

Now Boyle is a paparazzi fixture and she's even had to turn off her phone, due to the constant calls she was receiving, The Sun reports.

The past month has been manic and her house phone has been red hot. Because Susan has become an international star, she was getting calls in the middle of the night," a source told the British tabloid.

"Now she has a number which only relatives, close friends and producers from the show have," the source adds.

I saw this video on youtube yesterday as a featured video and decided to watch it ("The Way We Were" is one of my favorite songs and always brings tears to my eyes). Susan has a beautiful voice.
