He is related to the family on Morticia's side right??

I always though he was or am I wrong?

In the tv series he was Morticia's uncle. But in the movie in the 1990's he's Gomez' brother.

I'm pretty certain he was consistently Fester Frump, uncle of Morticia Frump Addams, on the original TV series.

I'd forget about the movie family tree and go by the original series. Movies always change the characters for some stupid reason.
