Exclamation Megan Fox Says She Would Never Play a "Lame" Character Like Wonder Woman on Film

Actress Megan Fox has laughed off rumours she is to portray comic book heroine Wonder Woman in a movie - vowing never to play such a "lame" character.

Director Joss Whedon is rumoured to be putting together a cast for an upcoming big screen outing for the superhero siren, originally played by Lynda Carter in the 1970s TV show.

Fox is reportedly in the running to play the lead role, but the Transformer star is adamant she will not get involved with the comic book adaptation.

She tells British magazine FHM, "She's lame. She flies around in an invisible jet, but she's not invisible. I don't get it."

Good one Meg.

Your name is on top of every fanboys list to play Wonder Woman (one site I frequent had fan art featuring you in the friggin WW costume!) and you go ahead and dis the character.

Way to talk yourself out of a payday.

I don't think Megan would have made a great Wonder Woman. I kind of have a feeling that movie won't happen.

I agree that it probably won't get made, although I think Megan Fox would've made a decent Amazon.

Wonder Woman and Lame do not belong in the same sentence.

Cool

I hope this doesn't mean we'll get stuck with Lindsey Lohan as Wonder Woman!!!

Lindsay Lohan would be lucky to be cast in anything at this point.

It's funny, I liked that one a lot more than I thought I would.
I must admit, I'm not much of a Wonder Woman fan, but they did a good job with that one. Keri Russell was great voicing WW.

A lot of those direct to DVD superhero movies are hit and miss (especially the Marvel ones) but for the most part the DC guys do good work.
