Best Man Member Forum Regular Join Date: Dec 15, 2006 Location: El Paso, Texas Posts: 594	Scary Dark Shadows actor on Fantasy Island At least two DS actors did Fantasy Island (Dennis Patrick and Abe Vigoda--the latter also of Barney Miller). When Patrick guested he played a crippled guy opposite guest comic legend Don Knotts. Some of Knotts's dialogue and character bits right in front of Patrick was deliberately written to be bumbling and funny yet Patrick plays it all so darn seriously! Why? Was he a scary guy in real life as Conrad Bain (also of Dark Shadows and Diff'rent Strokes) was to Maclean Stevenson?
