Credits include Good Times, Three's Company, Married with Chidren etc...
Link Kim Weiskopf, 62, a TV comedy writer whose credits included "Three's Company" and "Married . . . With Children," died of pancreatic cancer Wednesday at his home in Encino. The son of comedy writer Robert Weiskopf, he launched his career in the early 1970s. With longtime writing partner Michael Baser, he wrote for series such as "One Day at a Time," "The Jeffersons" and "Good Times," the latter show leading to their first staff-writing position. The writing duo went on to write and produce three seasons of "Three's Company" before being hired to create the TV series "9 to 5," which was based on the movie. They then developed an updated, syndicated version of the '70s series "What's Happening!!" called "What's Happening Now!!" Among Weiskopf's solo writer-producer credits are "Rachel Gunn, R.N.," "Full House" and "Married . . . With Children," for which he also supplied the voice for the Bundys' dog, Buck. Weiskopf was born in New York City on April 10, 1947, and moved to Los Angeles in 1952. He was a graduate of Grant High School in Van Nuys and San Francisco State. |

OMG...how freakin ironic. I was just watching a show that Mr. Weiskopf wrote and thought his name looked familiar, so I looked him up on imdb. And now I come here and see he's died. God that's eerie.
RIP Mr. Weiskopf. |

Very sad, may he rest in peace.
I saw him on a Three's Company special feature on one of the DVDs and I haven't seen it for years, but when I read his name I remembered that & him. |
