Question Do you run/work out/exercise?

If you do exercise, what is your regime? I used to ride my stationery bike just about every day. That hasn't happened in a while, but I'd love to get back into it.

I hike 7 miles, 5 times a week; it takes me 2.5 hours; keeps me in shape, because I like to eat too much

The job I'm about to leave (as of Monday morning) and the new one I just started at are both very physical jobs. Eight hours of running around, lifting things, pulling things... Yep. That's 40 hours of exercise every week.

I'm really trying to get some sort of workout thing going again. I've really slacked off in that department over the last year. Going to start riding the bike again now that the weather is nicer.

I run 2 miles at least 2-3 times. I also try exercising a couple of times a week with Wii Fit and Wii Sports.

I exercise to low-impact and strengthening fitness DVDs for 30 minutes 5-6 times a week. My mother is naturally thin (and tall), but I'm not as lucky.

No, I don't exiercise. I know I should, but I've never been a fan of it. I'm not in shape.

I work out at work on my break. I do 20 minutes on the treadmill and do leg lifts on a bar to strengthen my stomach, plus a little weightlifting. 5 days a week all to give my sugar something to do, I have diabetes so I'm trying to get my glucose count down.

I normally do a combination of all three. I just have to get back at it. I belong to the local YMCA where I work on my stomach crunches and cardio. I also like to do an hour swimming in the pool.

Of course, on a gorgeous day like today, I wasn't going to pass up an opportunity to take a walk on a nearby trail. I got a little bit of a burn going, but its well worth it. What a great day.

I run every single day. Every morning I wake up at 5 or 5:30, I go to the lake or park, and I run for 45 min-1hr.

I watch Cannon and realize he lived to be 74 years old without any diet or exercise. My parents both died young from cancer 54 and 64 hmmm.

Yeah I work out- lift weights, exercising etc. I used to run back in my early highschool days, when I played hockey. So yeah I still do all of that.

I used to exercise but I don't anymore. I still take long walks a few times a week but that's about it.

I take some physical therapy twice a week, exercise is A MUST with my disability; since it causes gradual muscle deteration it's IMPORTANT to keep up muscle flexability. I don't always feel like it, and it's hard to get going some mornings ( H.S.P. also causes tirdness in some people, and it does in me, unfortunetaly ) but I keep telling myself how good it is for me.
