OK, let's see how much fun I can have with this. Some of my answers are wacky - some are serious (the serious ones will be in red bold).

1. Being a sports fan I know this one. That's Boxing..

2. Niagara Falls.

3. My grandmother was a big-time gardener. She'd definitely know the answer to that one. However, since she is no longer among the living I can't ask her the answer.

4. Everyone knows I watch sports. Just not as much as Slumdog Millionaire or Ken Jennings.

5. Strawberry.

6. Very VERY carefully.

7. DWarf and DWindle.

8. Period, colon, semicolon, quote, hyphen, ampersand, aposthophe.

9. Those lakes are in Minnesota. The team started out as the Minneapolis Lakers before moving West.

10. Hit by pitch, dropped 3rd strike by the catcher, fielding error, fielder's choice play, and that's all I can think of in one sitting.

11. If it's a vegetable, I probably won't like it. If it's a fruit, I will probably try it (if I don't already like it first).

12. Shoe, Sock, Sandal, Slipper, Skate, Ski.

Minneapolis Lakers? I can remember as a kid going to the old Madison Square Garden and see the Lakers, led by George Mikan, Slater Martin, Jumpin! Jim Pollard, Vern Mikelstein and Pep Saul, demolish my Knicks. Many of today's rules came because of Mikan. Huge at the time. 6"11", about 280 and he would stand under the basket. 3 second rule, goal tending and widening of lanes came because of him. Thats a long time ago.
