GIRL, YOU KNOW IT’S TRUE: Negotiations are underway to bring in Brett Ratner as director of the proposed Milli Vanilli movie for Universal. The move would reunite Ratner and his Rush Hour cohort, writerJeff Nathanson, who penned the screenplay for the film, which is being produced by frequent Steven Spielberg collaborator Kathleen Kennedy with executive producer and Fab Morvan manager Kim Marlowe. Now THIS sounds like an interesting movie. Is the living member of Milli Vanilli going to be involved with the project (one of them killed himself - I can't remember which one)? I was about 10 when they had to give back the Grammy (who ended up with that Grammy after that?) and still remember all the media backlash they got at the time. That was already 20 years ago - I FEEL OLD!!
