I watched "Cotton Comes to Harlem" (1970) for the first time in a long while and, including Redd Foxx, there were at least 6 actors who went on to play on Sanford & Son!
Can you name their Characters? 1. Redd Foxx __________ (Duh!) 2. Helen Martin __________ 3. Judy Pace ___________ 4. Lou Jacobi __________ 5. Teddy Wilson _________ 6. J.D. Cannon __________ I need to watch it again to see if their are more!

This movie was ok, it wasn't all that good that I thought it would be. Redd Foxx only had a cameo. If you saw it entirely, you would have forgot he was in it.

You're right in that this was not an "A" picture but, if you can tolerate it, watch again as Uncle Bud (Redd Foxx) makes several appearences throughout the movie.
