I know this thread is 7 months too early(or 5 motnhs too late), but, what do you thank SO for?

I am back to my cheerful threads

.... The other day, I was going through a morbid mood and was posting some dark threads(which were immediately closed, they were pretty morbid, talking about drowning and death

).... *Puts away her black clothes in the closet and puts away her dark Morticia Adams gothic makeup and puts back on her cheerful colors and has a fresh-faced face......*

I'm out of my short gothic phase........

I am thankful that SO allows me to post stories!

I am thankful to SO for allowing me to "meet" some really nice, wonderful people whom I am getting to know, one thread at a time, one post at a time. I feel you guys are getting to know me too by the same method.

Thank you, as always, for making me feel like I am part of a very special group of people - the best "family" on the Internet!

The great variety of forums and the great admins (esp. Janice). The nice posters who hang around. TJ keeps this a clean and safe site and that's very comforting. No flaming, no name calling (at least that I can discern lately), no trolling - it's nice to have a safe relaxing place to go & discuss your fav shows with other fans - w/o a lot of CYBER DRAMA. So...just call me an SO junkie,...and proud of it.

I am thankful to SO for giving me a place to come each day to get away from my problems, and just enjoy myself. I have many problems in my life, but they all just seem to disappear when I come here.

I'm mostly thankful though to all my friends here including: Janice, Tara, Cathie, Lauren, Jen, Sarah, Mattie, Brian, Kim, Neha, Joni, Monika, Jude, Solomon, Sonny, Kyle, Ramona, Mike, Jonathan, Michelle, Allison, Ashlee, Oscar, Greg, Pavanbadal, and of course the guy who makes this all possible, TJ!! I'm sure I forgot some people, but you all know who you are. You all have added so much to my life, and I'm definitely appreciative of all of you!!!

Im thankful to SO for allowing me to entertain/bore/whatever eveyrone through 100,000+ posts. Also all the freinds Ive made here in addition to offline friends, and for getting me into shows that I wouldnt have had I not registered. Also for the admins and mods who do a great job running the site, and keep the site going when its inactive, and though Ive never been a mod, Id love to be one, but all the shows I like either have too many mods, or the boards are dead.
