Put the same show that they both have in the same timeslot.

Examples:

Lifetime/ION Network-Reba on Lifetime at 5:00PM(MT time) when it comes to ION it will also be on at 5:00 also.

CW/Lifetime-Both Networks have Still Standing on at 4:00

ION/TV Land-They both have M*A*s*H on at on at the same time

There are some days that The Golden Girls airs the same time on both WE and Hallmark Channel.

ION is not a cable channel, it's a broadcast outlet, it may be carried on many cable and satellite provides, but it's still a broadcast outlet and therefore does not consider when cable schedules the same program.

Or Spike TV/TBS/my local area/ all air Married with Children. I like the show, but even that show doesn't need overkill.

Seriously, though, I can't find anything worth investing time in ION. It's not even worth it for MASH reruns. It seems like ION and WGN are getting all the shows I hate (With the exception of Cosby, Becker, Bewitched and Jeannie).
