what episode is it when abby lifts up her shirt to show somebody a big tatoo on her back looked like a cross let me know i saw it in 3rd season openin credits so thought i ask

The episode you ar referring to is Season 3, Episode 4: Silver War. The new director Jenny informs Abby in a letter that she must conform to a dress code and when she complains to Gibbs he tears the letter up. Then McGee catches Abby changing her shirt.
