Hey guys..
You won't believe this.. You really won't but maybe it can happen. I looked in my wallet to check for some Blockbuster cards and I noticed I have two Kaiser Medical cards. One is mine and the other is for another person. Uh... should I send them back to the Kaiser or should I take the bus and take it back to the Kaiser where I went to? I guess the nurse assistant forgot she gave my card to be back then she saw another card and thought she didn't give mine back. That might explain why it took some time for the receptionist to find out if I made my appointment or not for that first part of the physical when I called to do the second part. I'm a bit nervous.. |

I see no reason to be nervous, Call Kaiser and ask them what you should do.

Don't worry too much. Like zoneboy mentioned call Kaiser and tell them what happened.

Something else I just thought of..
I went to the primary care portion of the Kaiser and may have used the card to make an appointment. Where I went to on Friday was the physical that was on the 6th floor. The primary care doctor is on the 2nd floor and the guy who I gave the card to didn't ask to verify my number or anything but told me something that I should have paid more attention to what he was saying. He said there was a primary care doctor that I no longer have now but it must be the patient who had that doctor. |

I called them and told them.
They said that kind of thing happens but I could either mail it or drop it off at the Kaiser. I offered to mail it because I won't be going up there by bus anytime soon, well next month I will. The lady thought it was really nice of me to do that. So everything is okay. ![]() Lady also told me that it's possible the person doesn't know I have her medical card. |

Call and ask them if you can either mail it to them or bring it back in.

I'm sure they're pretty cool about things like this and will send it back to its proper owner. You were just warming it while it was away from home.

I'd be worried about identity theft. I hope that place is more careful in the future. When it comes to personal or confidential information, there's no exucse for making mistakes.

Even when I called the 800 number or the doctor's office there, they always ask for the name and home phone number just for verification. I do see what you mean, Chocoholic. |
