Talk about your towing experience

Has anyone ever had their car towed? Mine was towed yesterday because of outstanding parking tickets. The rule here in NYC is if you have tickets over 90 days totaling more than 350 dollars then the Marshall tows your car. It was kinda of unfair though. My three tickets were 250 dollars total but then I got hit with 60 dollars for each ticket bringing my debt to 430. I was on my way to my car and notitced that it WAS GONE! I was shocked and found out it was towed to someplace in my neighborhood. I was pay down on the tickets next week since I had a little money to work with but they got me. I also have to pay the towing fees ($299.00) which means I will be paying over $730.00 dollars to get my car back.
