Although I love both I am going to have to go with Bugs Bunny. He's so darn funny.

Bugs Bunny, hands down.

Now when it comes to Donald vs. Daffy...it would be Donald Duck.

Movie

Before Mickey Mouse became an icon and trademark for the Disney studio, he
had a lot more personality (albeit a mischievous one). But, I have to go with
Bugs Bunny because, through the years, he has remained the same great
character with his Groucho Marx mannerisms and phrases (""Course y'know
this means war!" was lifted from a Marx Brothers picture). It has been said
that he bore a striking resemblance to Disney's Max Hare (in the early days),
but his personality is pure Bugs. Probably the most consistently funny cartoon character ever created. His personality was crystallized in the 1940
short "A Wild Hare." Sixty-eight years old now and "only one grey hare."

Bugs, because Warner was smart enough to release his shorts to TV, exposing kids to him and his funnies for decades. Disney kept Mickey in a vault and you saw him rarely on the old Wonderful World tv show (and during the early pay TV years of The Disney Channel).

Sadly now, you have to buy DVDs to see either one of them now.

I still wish I can find a old CBS airing of the Bugs and Tweety Show from 1984

That's right, and then after 1985 the Bugs and Road Road Show was on ABC
