That's no reason to hate your State's sports teams. But in a way, I know how you feel. I can't stand a list of my state's sports teams, but I don't hate them.

I do HATE the NY Giants
Don't like the Bills
Hate the Knicks
I don't hate the Yankees, just don't like them
The Hockey teams...do not follow
I don't like the Syracuse Orange

It's ridiculous your obesession with Philly sports, Sol.

Garfield is a Redskins fan, and I'm sure he wasn't happy when the Giants won the Super Bowl two years ago. But he wouldn't give up the sport forever just because a divisional rival won a title.

The Phillies made the playoffs by default and thats why their championship killed my interest in baseball.

Well the Phillies did win the title in 1980. I remember that series. I rooted for the Royals. And it did take them until last year to win it again.lol I've had teams win the SB that practically made me sick. lol Back in the 80's when the 49ers and Redskins were winning SB's and the Cowboys were near the bottom it was as bad as it gets. . In 1989 when the 49ers blew out Denver 55-10 , I went to bed at halftime. That's the only SB I never finished watching.

Yeah, but at least your team had WON a Super Bowl- five of them. Hell, two of them came against my team.

Besides, when I saw New England win three Super Bowls, I didn't have the comfort of being a fan of a team with titles.
