If studios were smart....
If the head honchos at studios that release television sitcom releases were smart they would tune into this message board on a regular basis. I imagine, SHOUT! factory does. I'll bet Sony and Fox do not. What better way would there be to understand what the public wants and what they would buy? Hello! Sony and FOX, maybe you could be more successful if you base your production on what consumers really want. The way The Mary Tyler Moore Show and Norman Lear collection were handled shows me you don't research what classic tv consumers want at all!
