Default MrCleveland Do You Think Cleveland Cavs Are Going To The Finals?

It looks like they're gonna have home court advantage throughout the first 3 rounds since they have the best record in the east. But don't be surprised if they get beat in the 2nd or 3rd round because Boston and Orlando are gonna be tough matchups for them if they face them. I've been following the Cavs since i was a kid and i've been disappointed too many times by them so i wouldn't be surprised if they didn't make it to the finals this year. Let's not forget the many times Michael Jordan sh*tted on them LOL. They got swept by the Spurs in the finals a few years ago LOL. I still don't have any faith in Lebron's teammates. They lost to the Wizards last night hahahahahahahaha. This is their 2nd time this year losing to the Wizards. They play Orlando tonight on ESPN and Sunday they play the Spurs on ABC.

I hope so...otherwise make the "Year without a Championship" legacy go for 45 years.

Sometimes when I say "...when Cleveland wins a Championship", like for Casinos in Ohio, that means "Don't count on it"!

I think the Cavs will make it to the Finals, but I think they'll lose in 6 to the Lakers. I think The Lakers and their experience will pull it out for them. I do think the Cavs'll win it all in the next few years though, and Lebron should have a few rings on his finger by the end of his career. I just hope he stays with the Cavs. He definitely shouldn't mess up a good thing.

Please, give us Clevelanders something good to look forward to!!

Exactly, that's why I hope he doesn't go to New York. He's got a great thing going in Cleveland (His hometown), why mess that up? Plus, I think Cleveland basketball fans have suffered enough, and deserve some good in their future.

He got booed (and rightfully so) for wearing a Yankees cap during the Indians/Yankees Division series - the game was played in Cleveland!!

Yeah, I remember that, and remember chuckling and thinking, Man, I can't believe he had the balls to do that!!! He was lucky that that's all the fans did was boo!!! Those baseball fans can get crazy when you root against their team. Especially someone as noteable as James!!

I don't know about Cleveland winning a championship this year. I still have doubt in Lebron's teammates especially since they lost to the Wizards and got their butts kicked against Orlando 116-87 last week hahahahahahahaha. They aren't that good on the road against serious competition. They lost to the Wizards twice this year and that's not good.

True, they're not great on the road, but if they get home court advantage all the way up to the Finals, they should be in pretty good shape. I think the biggest question now is who will end up with the better record at the end of the season? L.A., or Cleveland? That would decide who gets home court advantage in the Finals, and can be a huge factor as to whether or not they will go all the way. It's a tight race right now.

Well if Cleveland finishes with a better record than the Lakers, it isn't gonna matter anyway because the Lakers will have home court advantage against them in the finals since the Lakers won twice against them this year.

He may be a big time basketball player (and a native) but the fans were not afraid to get on his case until he finally took the cap off!! He has never been a favorite of mine. Even when he was a high schooler, he always rubbed me the wrong way.

if the Cavs don't make the Finals then Mike Brown should be fired. There are no excuses, they have the Home Court Advantage, the Celtics are not healthy, and they have a better team.

I expect to see the cavs in the finals

Call me crazy, but I still think the Celtics are a favorite to go tothe finals. I know they have struggled a lot, and they are resting Garnett for a reason. They have a lot of experience on their side, won it all last year, and can do it again. I am not overlooking the Cavs, but I still think they have to get past the Celtics.

Celtics lost 8 Games on the road in the Eastern Playoffs last year. If they don't get the 2 seed they are done

I know that, but like I said, they are resting KG for a reason. That was last year you speak of.
