Im going to say Tiffani. She was goregous and I liked her character on the show. Donna was too much of a goody goody and Kelly was always bellyaching about someone or something and got kind of bitchy as the series went on.

I'm watching 90210 season 2 right now and Brenda was the hottest when they we're younger.But Kelly Taylor is now.But if we include Kelly from saved by the bell or Valerie she is.
