I have two children videos of Barney the Dinasour that my Cousin watches, in theese videos "Barney's Halloween Party. There is an actress playing "Miss Caplin" and I swear she sounds like Jean Stapleton. This video was made in 1998. The other video is when Barney, BJ and Baby Bop go to the Zoo. Is that Jean Stapleton in those videos?
