You have all the Twighlight movies coming out, CBS had Moonlight, HBO has True Blood and Now IFC is coming out with their own Vampire movie/series called 'Anita Blake'. What gives?

Damned if I know. Now that Twilight is a big hit, I'm sure they'll be running that into the ground very soon.

Good question - the only vampires that I like are the Count (Sesame Street) and Count Chocula.

True Blood is based on a vampire novel series too. I think maybe Twilight pushed the vampire thing onto Hollywood. I remember back in the mid 90's vampire were sort of popular in Hollywood with the Dracula and Interview with the Vampire movies.
