Is Patrick Swayze's The Beast Any Good? - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I haven't watched it yet because i always watch NBA basketball games Thursday nights. I like cop shows. It's good to see Patrick playing in action stuff again. He's real good at playing a tough guy like he did in Roadhouse, Point Break, Next Of Kin, The Outsiders, Black Dog. I'm sad to hear about his health isn't that good. The Beast comes on at 10pm right? I know it comes on A&E channel.

My husband's been watching it all along, and just started to get bored with it. I asked him why, and he just said the show got boring. When I look at it, I feel so bad for Patrick Swayze's health situation, the poor guy.

It's for fans of The Shield, The Wire, and Rescue Me. Patrick Swayze carries the show though. If his health dictates he can't do it very long, it won't last.

I used to watch The Shield sometimes and that was a good show. I was surprised about that black guy who played on there and he was gay LOL. I just read recently that The Beast may continue on without Patrick Swayze if his health isn't good for a long period of time. The owner of A&E network said that Patrick would be replaced with another actor if he couldn't continue to do the show because of his health. I just saw a commercial today for the season finale of The Beast. I'm gonna try and watch it next week. I hope i can remember it comes on Thursday night at 10pm.
