...asking what shows "broke the 4th wall" but I can't find it to post these examples I just found. On a season 2 episode of "GREEN ACRES" in the opening scene, Sam Drucker, Fred Ziffle and Mr. Kimble are in the general store talking about something, as the DIRECTED BY..., PRODUCED BY...etc. are being shown. Fred Ziffle says "Hold it. Noone's gonna listen to us while the names are being shown".
In another one at the beginning, Oliver's in the bedroom and the "names are being shown". He opens the closet door, and it falls on the ground. A credit appears that says CARPENTRY BY ALF AND RALPH MONROE. He says "They're not supposed to get any credit".
